As a female, it's pretty uncomfortable when there is a concern, and the men in charge speak to you as though you have no common sense when it comes to answering a question or giving feedback to a question. You leave or sit and wait with a sense of feel, Are they price gauging me because I'm a woman or is this the same information they would offer to a male? But overall great atmosphere.

I purchased my Escape from them & I have had to take it to the shop on MANY occasions for MANY issues & the issues have yet to be resolved, I have had to involve Ford Motor Co. To assist me & the repairs haven’t been completed! Griffin Ford would be the last place I would purchase or refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from!

I had my Lincoln MKS serviced here for the first time. WOW! What a difference from Fitzgerald Ford. I didn't have to wait, service reps were kind and courteous. They really rolled out the red carpet. Griffin can sure teach those folks at Fitzgerald service department a thing or two ....I will be back.

After difficulty in determining issue had a relatively quick turnaround and car is now running great. New engine was kind of pricey, but came with 3 year unlimited mileage warranty.

Had the misfortune of my husband's truck breaking down on the interstate nearby. The truck had just been 'repaired' with a new fuel pump prior. So the mechanic knew that it was likely not that, but advised a new fuel pump be put in regardless. They took a week to do it, my hubs had to rent a car to get home. They charged us $910 for their expert repair and it lasted all of 3 hours. We had it towed to another Ford dealer who expertly discovered the real problem was a wire short - $200 repair. While I had a very negative experience with the parts and service department at this dealership, I did have a chance to deal with the sales department. Sales dept is super friendly, let me borrow a vehicle to drive while my truck was in service for an extended period of time (service originally made me pay to rent a vehicle from enterprise) I would highly recommend dealing with sales and would even purchase a new vehicle from them given the opportunity, just would not return there for any service work to be performed!

Was broke down on the interstate close to Ashburn, GA traveling from Kentucky to Florida for work. The diesel mechanic in Ashburn was off on vacation, so I called Tifton which I was told they had 3 diesel mechanics and would have be on the road by end of business the following day for a turbo failure. By quitting time the next day, I was then told it would be before lunch on the next day (Friday). By lunch time, I was then told it would be completed before quitting time. At 5, I was then told the mechanic would come in ...
